Leadership

Terry has over 30 years of construction industry experience in all major vertical markets. Terry spent over 18 years with Siemens in sales and management in the branch field office and oversaw a team of 10 sales people to deliver a full range of building automation solutions along with fire and security. Terry was also director of sales for Suniva, the largest domestic manufacturer of solar cells and modules. Terry holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.

Craig Ragone brings over 20 years of Siemens experience in integrated building systems,  building automation, and energy management. Joining Building Automation Solutions in 2019, Craig is responsible for leading a team of technicians while driving the growth, execution, and quality of the delivery of solutions and services. Throughout his career, Craig has held a number of roles with Siemens including management, project management, engineering and field technician.
